Find Your DEFYNMEN Size
Use the chart for your product. Compression shirts and high-waist shaping shorts use different body measurements.
Compression Shirts & Tanks
This height-and-weight chart is for DEFYNMEN compression T-shirts and sleeveless tanks.
| Size | Height | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| S | 5'3"–5'5" | 100–130 lbs |
| M | 5'5"–5'7" | 130–155 lbs |
| L | 5'7"–5'9" | 155–180 lbs |
| XL | 5'9"–5'11" | 180–210 lbs |
| 2XL | 5'11"–6'1" | 210–245 lbs |
| 3XL | 6'1"–6'3" | 245–280 lbs |
Between sizes? Choose the larger shirt size for a more comfortable level of compression.
High-Waist Shaping Shorts
Measure your body waist at navel level, then measure your seat and hips at the widest point. Keep the tape level and relaxed.
| Size | Body Waist | Seat / Hip |
|---|---|---|
| S | 28–30 in | 35–37 in |
| M | 31–33 in | 38–40 in |
| L | 34–36 in | 41–43 in |
| XL | 37–39 in | 44–46 in |
| 2XL | 40–42 in | 47–49 in |
| 3XL | 43–45 in | 50–52 in |
Start with the size that matches both measurements. If they fall in different rows, or you prefer lighter compression, choose the larger shorts size.
